Jill Gross

Jill joined Benjaimin F Edwards & Co in August of 2025 and bringings a wealth of experience from her previous roles. She spent 2.5 years with Edward Jones in South Elgin, IL. Prior to that, she enjoyed a 21-year career as a Realtor/Broker with Coldwell Banker, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the real estate market. Jill has also held key administrative roles, including Treasury & Investor Relations with McDonald’s Corporation, Human Resource Manager at The Column Group, and Office Manager at Sunbeam-Oster. Her diverse experience reflects her adaptability, leadership, and dedication to professional excellence.

Education
Jill attended Wheaton Central High School in Wheaton, IL, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Personal Life
Currently residing in South Elgin, Jill is married to Ted, an attorney, and is a proud mother to two children: Jordan, 18, a freshman at Northern Michigan University, and Jason, 14, a freshman at St. Charles North High School and an avid baseball player. Jill also has two adult stepsons, Zach, 22, and Ted Jr., 24. The family shares their home with four cats and a beloved Border Collie named Wrigley, who holds a special place in Jill’s heart.

Hobbies and Interests
Jill is passionate about animals, particularly dogs and K9s, and volunteers at Anderson Humane in South Elgin. She enjoys true crime content, traveling, and organizing. Jill has set a personal goal to visit every U.S. state and is a dedicated Chicago sports fan, proudly cheering for the Bears. She particularly treasures spending time outdoors, attending her son Jason’s baseball games alongside Wrigley.
